Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful way to better understand oneself in the context of our relationships.

Often, the patterns that you notice occurring in your romantic, family, and work relationships will also occur in the group. In the group, we will explore those patterns “here and now” as they are being observed by other members in the moment. Group members give and receive feedback about their interpersonal experiences in a judgment-free zone and make changes with the help of the group leaders and other members.
