Insurance Accepted
Iris Therapy Services accepts the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carefirst, Sentara, United Healthcare / Optum Behavioral Health / UMR / GEHA, and Georgetown University Student Health Insurance. For out of network providers, we can provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance for a potential reimbursement, depending on your insurance policy and benefits.
Payment Information
We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.
Psychologists and other health care providers are required by law to give uninsured and self-pay patients a good faith estimate of costs for services that they offer. Ask us about the No Surprises Act for a copy of the document.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not give proper cancellation notice, you will be charged your therapist’s full fee.
